Registration Rates

Participants may still register onsite at the conference.
Cash payment is preferred. We regret that no cheque/bankdraft will be accepted for onsite payment.

Onsite registration can be done during the following dates/time:

  • Wednesday, 02 December 2009 (0800 - 1200 hrs)
  • Thursday, 03 December 2009 (0800 - 1200 hrs)
  • IMPORTANT NOTE:
    1. To be scheduled in the programme/publication, each accepted paper must be duly registered by 1 October 2009
    2. Student registrations are entitled to register only one (1) paper.
    3. Registrants under the “Member/Non-Member” category are entitled to register up to a maximum of two (2) papers per registration.
    4. Oral / poster papers, duly registered but NOT presented during the conference, will NOT be included in IEEE Explore and EI

    "Member" registration rate is applicable to registrants who possess a valid membership with IEEE

    Additional banquet tickets could be purchased at SGD 80 (Delegates Members / Delegate Non Member / Students / Exhibitors) per person.

    Payment Procedure

    Payment modes available are: Credit Card or Cheque/Bankdraft

    For online payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard):

    1. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Visa” or “MasterCard”.
    2. You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by WorldPay to perform your online payment.
    3. Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by the registration confirmation email from the conference manager within the next working day.
    4. Please note that if you used another person’s credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email AFTER payment is made.
    5. The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “INMEET CMS Pte Ltd”.

    For cheques / bankdraft payment:

    1. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Cheque” or “Bankdraft”.
    2. Please issue the cheque/bankdraft to “INMEET CMS Pte Ltd”.
    3. Only local cheques or bankdrafts issued from a foreign bank with a local branch in Singapore are acceptable
    4. Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration system, and mail it, together with the cheqye/bankdraft to the address as indicated on the invoice.
    5. Please remember to indicate your login ID, name, telephone or email and “ICBPE 2009” at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
    6. Upon receipt of your cheque/bankdraft, you will receive a notification by email
    7. When your cheque/bankdraft is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation by email.

    Cancellation and Refunds

    1. Requests for cancellations received on or before 15 November 2009 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
    2. From 16 November 2009 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
    3. Request for refunds are to be made in writing and send to the secretariat.

    Neither the organizer nor its employees or its appointed Professional Conference Organiser shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.
